Our sessions are delivered by a team of enthusiastic coaches and our program is designed to be as fun and engaging as possible! The session will be split into groups based on age and ability to ensure that all players get the most they can out of the session.

We focus on developing our players’ balance, speed, agility and focus as well as their technique. Skills that will help them across all sports! 

Please make sure all players bring appropriate clothing for the weather!
